Today I thought I would share the blogs that I subscribe to and absolute love reading on a regular basis. There are so many exciting and informative blogs out there and these are just a few of the ones that I’m totally in love with. It’s such a great way to ‘surround’ yourself with like-minded people to inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

+ The Wellness Warrior: Jessica Ainscough has put together this amazing and very revealing blog that brings to light a lot of issues we are all facing in some shape or form. She is a wealth of information as she blogs about her journey into a cancer-free world. Check out her AMAZING new program Lifestyle Transformation Guide.

+ Fertile Body, Heart & Soul: Nat Kringoudis, owner of The Pagoda Tree in Melbourne, specialises in women’s health, Chinese medicine and fertility. She blogs about all things to do with women’s health and it is such a great resource whether you are planning a family or not.

+ Path to Wellness: Melissa Ambrosini’s blog where her goal is to empower women in all areas of their lives. Being a qualified holistic health, wellness and life coach her blog features yummy recipes and posts to inspire your mind and body.

+TOM organic: You may know by now that I love TOM products but did you know they also have a blog? Well now you do! Women’s wellness is their main game.

+ Sarah Wilson: You may recognise Sarah as a media personality and journalist; she’s also the former editor of Cosmopolitan magazine. She now runs her own blog that is a massive wealth of information. Being a qualified Health Coach she has recently launched her I Quit Sugar e-book that I have written about before. Quitting sugar and being the healthiest you can be is her main objective.

+ Changing Habits: Cyndi O’Meara is a nutritionist on a mission to break the norm in eating for a better life. ‘Cyndi disagrees with low-fat, low-calorie diets, believes chocolate can be good for you and thinks cheating and eating yummy food is an important part of a well-balanced diet’. Her blog opens your eyes to issues surrounding food and her books I can account for as being fabulous.
